Enertech Global has unveiled its latest innovation in home comfort technology: the WV, a variable-speed hydronic heat pump designed to deliver high performance, installation ease, and outstanding flexibility.

As a leader in ground source and air-to-water heat pumps, Enertech is continuing its push to reshape how homes in the U.S. are heated and cooled using cleaner, smarter, and more integrated solutions.

Standing just 42 inches tall, the WV is compact yet highly versatile. It supports radiant in-floor heating, forced air heating and cooling, and can supply up to 100 percent of a home's domestic hot water. With a wide capacity range from 0.5 to 5 tons and true dual-fuel compatibility that includes seamless boiler integration, the system suits both retrofit and new build applications. The design eliminates the need for a buffer tank, delivering valuable space savings and installation flexibility.

"The new WV is the solution today's market has been asking for – compact, all-in-one, and built for total home comfort," said Jeremy Vonder Haar, Enertech's director of product management. "It embodies our mission to revolutionise how America heats and cools its homes, with smarter, cleaner, and more integrated systems."

Designed with installer feedback in mind, the WV helps reduce installation time and effort. Its features include simpler piping, fewer components, and a streamlined commissioning process through Enertech's Startup Wizard. Real-time data logging, software updates via over-the-air connectivity, and advanced EPIC Connected Controls support efficient system monitoring and control. A 4.3-inch full-color touchscreen provides user-friendly local operation.

"The WV eliminates bulky components, complex wiring, and yards of copper and PEX piping," said Justin Jobe, Enertech's director of operations. "It's a smarter, more compact install – one that both contractors and customers appreciate," Jobe added.
